A Superman who wants to kill is as fast as base flash or almost, and could just swoop in and explode him "the boys" style before human reaction kicks in to the light reflecting in the optic nerve. @@fleunteur There's always ways. For example, does the "evil" Superman still care about Lois Lane? Take her hostage, that puts the kebosh on area destruction. He can work with other heroes like barry or green lantern to survive long enough to get the mcguffin working. The mcguffin might even be something silly like the Injustice pill that lets humans temporarily gain super powers. At the end of the day I do agree, there have to be extreme circumstances and Superman has to be at least a little averse to destroying the planet.

supes could just charge up with the sun and then hes immune to kryptonite for awhile. thanks for mentioning supes speed and also his mental speed. using that he could literally walk up to anyone holding lois and simply take her and remove anyone short of speedsters from existence before they could process whats going on. speedsters and supes think faster and process so much info that a second is like an hour to them. batman in a comic book realistic way should actually lose always to supes regardless of what suit...maybe if he used iron mans tech he could win...no im not saying iron mans stuff is superior however iron man uses AI and works constantly with it. Superman hardly ever uses 100% of his capacity. Even here it's less than 1% of what he can do. He uses about 50+% when fighting Braniac, Mongul and gives it all when fighting Dark Seid and other Kryptonians. Specially with Zod, since they have military training.

I've got to hand it to Terry, he handled the fight very well during the first half, but I knew he was in real trouble because he actually wasn't _hurting_ Supes, in the process. There's also something else I noticed. This Lord Superman looks quite a bit older, maybe in his 50's. Even his reflexes would be slowed as he ages, so maybe that contributed to Terry being able to hold him off even for a short time. Still a messed up timeline, though.

It would be: locate with his xray, superspeed to a reasonable distance and blow his head before Bruce even notices anything and has any chance to react. For starters, Justice Lord's predate Injustice by... I wanna say something like 8 years or more? But the big one is motivation. The Justice Lord's became totalitarian dictators after President Luthor murdered Flash. This case the Lord's to serve power globally after Superman decides the only way to truly stop Luthor is to kill him. Then you have things like lobotomizing old super villains with heat vision, the world actually being a better place on first glance, and the fact most crackdowns are actually done by police and not I AM EDGE EAT HEAT VISION man.

I'm a fan of Batman and how he can think his way out of almost anything, but c'mon, let's be real. He would have zero chance against a Superman who really wanted him dead. Batman himself has admitted as much in the comics. In an issue where he was fighting a Superman that was being mind controlled by Poison Ivy, he says that he knows that if he really wanted to, Superman could easily use his superspeed to squish him into the cement, but he doesn't because deep down Superman is a good person, and that's what Batman always counts on. The psychology of a good man. A truly evil Superman would end Batman without a blink. Here, he was obviously toying with Terry.

I say this now: Superman is NOT a Hero in my opinion. Oh wow, he defeated/killed Zod, so what? He defeated Darkseid and much other but died against Doomsday. Sorry, but i would call Wonder Woman more a Hero as Superman.
