1: i really love how clever Clara Afton is in this, it even Highlights just how much she Knows her Husband if she can pick up certain tricks like with the illusion Disks that William made and use them to short circuit the cuffs, i think it also makes the other AU's where Clara became Spring Trap that she does have a nack for Mechanical works 2: im... actually really curious what those... people wanted to learn about the Aftons, and, ill admit i kinda believe that they would let the Aftons go, this never really felt like some Company who's boss knows of the Aftons and wanted them to be tortured and in continuis Pain, these people, if anything, felt just simple curious people who, possibly dealt with people that can live from a bullet wound (i mean i was surprised that those bullets made the Aftons get knocked out and when the Aftons were in there cells, they had cuffs that disabled there powers, so obviously those guys have met people like the Aftons before hand) and only wanted to understand the Aftons existence to an extent, i wouldn't even be surprised if they would promise that any infomation they learn from the Aftons would be kept as a Secret and even promise to leave them alone
