This setup doesn't make sense because the hunters are incentivized to not make any guesses when the twist isnt helpful to Baablu. It would've been better if Baablu kept the setup hidden, and then there would be a subplot of Baablu *trying* to get the hunters to guess the twist when it's bad, and hiding it when it's good.
