We have a thing in this country called the constitution. If you are not familiar with it look it up and read it. Then read it again. Every person is entitled to a trial. And it is up to a jury of his peers to judge guilt or innocence. Yes it can take time. States decide on capital punishment. If you do not agree with your states opinion get off your ass and vote. Nowhere have I ever seen you or the author of this song be elected to be judge, jury and executioner. This country was founded so as not to be under a god, king, or any other proclaimed.master. If your neighbors came and dragged you out to the gallows because someone said you did wrong you would be crying a different tune I bet. Even with all our checks and balances innocent people has been put to death. We are not perfect but way in front of what's in second place. Remember WE THE PEOPLE and that means all of us We are all immigrants except the Native Americans. A move to the Philippines might suit you. There drug users, dealers are killed vigilante style just on rumors. It is even encouraged by their master. Sounds like the place for you. If you are going to espouse political opinion at least do it with facts and wisdom. Sorry if i rubbed your fur backwards but think then talk.

Not sure what you were watching but maybe you are just ignorant. First he said in the song the guy killed a man and everyone knew it was him. He did not say there was a rumor of him doing it, he did it. So why are we waiting. I guess endless appeals suit you but does nothing for society. Second you might want to check your history as the constitution was in place when we did have swift justice in the old days, not after. Seemed to work then, now not so much. Third I have gotten off my ass to vote but it doesn't seem to matter. Fourth, where is the political opinion I espoused? Swift justice is neutral. In my opinion I don't think Buddy is calling for swift justice without a trial, I think he just does not want it to drag out as it does today. WE THE PEOPLE are sick and tired of as justice system that is anemic at best. People like you are the reason this country is falling apart.
