Oprah I have listen to this talk over & over again. Every word went deep into my soul . I stand at cross road of my life right now at the age of 65 and have prayed to God daily for his peace and knowing if I am heading down his path he has created for me. I always have had the faith that God gives us his answers through others life experiences and more that HE use all of us as his instruments for good if we choose his path. That as you said we all have something to give back to the universe. We are all children of our living God trying to help each other to get home again is just my thinking. This talk from your beautiful heart ❤️ to ours has taught me I’m not a failure but a work in progress and that even at 65 there’s always still HOPE for change in my life to walk with my head held high and realize that I can change my life to be better than I’m living now. That it is never to late if you move forward with love, and a deep sense of gratitude to God every day. I just want to say I LOVE YOU and thank God that he has blessed you as you have walk your own hard road and now help us to walk ours. Please in this ever confusing world it’s such a blessing to step off of that platform and listen to your heartfelt words of love and encouragement ❤️🤗🙏

I hear your words but can't imagine there is any good to come in my life. I try I am grateful I believe in God I pray I smile I am good to others so why am I feeling I have no purpose? I try to do what's right but I am ostracized for caring. I don't want to do as others do I try to make a difference with the individual at my job. I'm considered a snitch for bringing forward the injustices in my workplace. How do I help others when everyone is taking advantage of the system? Individuals deserve the best care it hurts that I have to watch the neglect despite telling people in authority. I will continue to try I have a conscience help these people. We should be more than glorified baby sitters.

Everyone’s only job on this earth is to first distinguish their instinct( intuition, whatever you name it), and make their action follows their instinct closely, without any drag. We often hear people say that “ I knew that 20 years ago, I just didn’t follow my intuition” . You don’t want to get into that place. So the question comes back to how to achieve this? First know which voice is instinct( we have different voices in our head) and second, make yourself actually DO what your instinct says. The best way I found out to achieve those 2 goals is reading Diamond sutra and Shurangama Sutra out loud, they expel the clouds in our head and make your instinct super clear so you can follow closely without doubt. You don’t need to be a Buddhist to read those text, and you don’t need to understand what they say, it is not a religious practice, it is a spiritual practice. The wisdom and blessings contained in those ancient text is immensely and beyond our understanding. Give it go and you will never look back.
