Not a Theory if science outright calling it fact Like the big bang for instance there now coming out and saying that there is absolutely no way that that happened that there had to have been something that made it that there was a Creator in a sense also they are now coming out and proving that there was no way that the first worlds were made billions of years apart they were literally millions of years in between if that science is starting to prove that it is a lot less of a time period that we thought also they recently just came out and said that the Big Bang had to have happened at a point in time also science is now revealed that the universe is not eternal that is a still expanding rapidly

Romans 9 is so paradoxical. Romans 11 even goes on to explain that no one can understand the ways of God... inscrutable is the word. Jesus also told us the Holy Spirit wouldn't be able to come to us if he didn't leave. (John 16:7). The Bible is full of riddles and mysteries that baffle the mind of a man. A metaphorical mirror of your own life, you'll see yourself in all those stories eventually.

Joe has always been inquisitive though. (btw - this video is Joe a few years ago in his journey). Joe had a hard time, hearing about Christianity (or Catholicism) from someone who pretty blatantly was violating some core elements. It tells us that the world (to whom WE are sent to tell about Jesus) has a hard time seeing past our hypocricy, so we need to be walking in the spirit and not in the flesh - or our own witness will keep people from Christ. Joe has done much better, hearing Jordan Peterson explain things of the Bible and Jesus. I think it's because he can look at Peterson as an honest seeker, who will DO what he claims to believe. Not really digging at Milo here - we ALL have a little bit of "Yeah, I know it's wrong, BUT I LIKE IT." in us that we need to work on in our walks. The Christian walk, by definition ends up showing our hypocricy, at least to those who know us the best.

I would have thought joe and milo would have the opposite positions that they hold.... or held at the time.... it's a good philosophical battle.... which I think has been settled in the years since then.... jordan peterson recently said : "Joe figured it out"

For the sake of this video, since Mylo identified himself as Catholic: I used to think of myself as a Lutheran. My parents stopped going to church when I was an adolescent in the early 90s (pre popularity of woke liberal churches). I essentially became a lost kid who believed in Jesus, i didn't know how to follow him, though if you where to ask me for a religious affiliation, i would probably say Lutheran because i was baptized as an infant. In short, in this video Joe kind of show inconsistenty with Milo's claim of being Catholic. You should practice what you claim to be. This was just a bad segment overall. I can see why it would be difficult for Joe to believe anything Milo was saying, he didn't back himself up well. I think if you are going to mention Jesus with Joe Rogan, know your host and make sure your foundation of faith is on solid ground. (Also, ust fyi, not a knock on my Lutheran brothers and sisters, but i am not a part of the denomination.)

I grew up in the Catholic Church and a Christian woman asked me if Jesus was my Lord and Savior and I said yes. She then asked me if I was born again, and not understanding what that meant, I said “ no that’s not for me”! I had no clue. So I think most Catholics would probably say that Jesus is their Lord and Savior without realizing what that actually means.

The Church and our doctrines, disciplines, and traditions all still also play an important part in our salvation. However, I understand that not all Christians believe that.
