Warning ⚠️:I am not a parent however for me this just makes logical sense for me if you are a parent and did not do this, please do not take this as a criticism as to your parenting style, this is only a suggestion that I think could help with new parents One should know with baby/small children you need to go to sleep when the child does then you will have the literal maximum sleep when child wakes up and makes noise, crying or otherwise, you will be woken up. So do this with ages 0-6 when you send/put child(ren) to sleep you go to sleep when they wake up making noise you will wake up and that is all the sleep you will get for the next 3 years you will be catching up on sleep I suggest going to bed at 8pm and waking up at 6:30am you will have time to look after the kids and this doesn’t exclude school days. For new parents another tip is: if you don’t know what to do in any situation TRUST YOUR GUT. Hope this helps you in the future or was fun to read
