My question is when maning a skirt, my hip line is 9" but when making a gown, how many inches do i use? Same 9" or do i need to add extra inches to it since it will ne added to the half length to make a dress... Thanks

Measure your hip line from shoulder,to determine what to use when making gown ….. and please always measure for individual for a perfect fit for each persons
