There is a mistranlation when Kimura said about junior in the company. Yes, Ucchi is younger than Kimura, but he is the senpai here because he's been in this industry since he was a child (when he was first playing Roxas, he's still 12-13 years old) so Kimura was stating he knows Ucchi better because he himself is the junior in the company. Kimura even said this in one of his radio with Ucchi stating that the first time he worked with Ucchi, the sound director told him that even if he's younger, Ucchi is his senpai in the industry.
