Nah, Luffy won't break the Internet as much as Goku, in 2017 the Internet broke literally and metaphorically, streaming services were falling because of the number of people trying to watch a chapter, on youtube chapters were uploaded that exceeded 20 million views before being deleted, there were squares where hundreds of people watched a chapter ona giant screen, everyone was talking about it in schools, it even appeared on the news, total madness.
