Boudyyy!, “Ya no vivo por vivir”. Intended translation = “I NO LONGER LIVE JUST TO LIVE”. This is literally the translation , meaning =‘him/her have found a propuse and a reason to live rather than just exist. Yes this is a love song, talking about how they’ve fallen in love slowly, little by little after finding out each other’s similarities to complement one another. This is and old song JG transformed to be part of the DUETS 1. A project he accomplished in 2015 the year before he left us. He invited the best of the best interpreters to collaborate with him on these projects. DUETS 1 AND 2 came out before he passed. There was Duet 3 left unfinished, pending,,,,it came out a few months ago but it isn’t as good because it’s missing Juan Gabriel’s magic touch. I have always loved the original version of this beautiful song. It was called Lentamente released in 1994. When he re-released it with Natalia I knew it was a forever song. I NEED to her it often. This is one of my favorite songs. A beautif remake. I had not heard of this Natalie until his passing. I remember playing this son over and over. It was crazy to hear about his passing. A couple of friends came over and we just sat there listening to his songs, doing shots of tequila and crying for this man who brought so much emotion to our lives. A few years before he passed away Juan Gabriel got together with many popular artists of different ages and genres and recorded duets. (Los Duos de Juan Gabriel). Leaving a legacy of his music to new generations to come. Never will be another artist like Juan Gabriel.

I recently started watching you on KZbin I see that you really enjoy watching Juan Gabriel. Did you know that he composed hundreds of songs? Most of the songs he sings are his. I had bought 2 tickets to watch him live in Chicago, my bad luck is that he was live in San Antonio, Texas and fell off the stage and they cancelled his show in Chicago. I had paid $180 for two tickets. My Favorite is Javier Solís, he sang traditional Mexican songs with Mariachis, maybe one day you will get to hear him. Thank you for enjoying our music!
