Been watching and championing Korean eSports since 2010, watching players like MMA, NesTea, and INnoVation dominate everybody else. Before that, before my time, players like BoxeR were undefeatable. Korea has always been the pinnacle of mental performance when it comes to video games. Korea is the birthplace of eSports. And yet still in 2025, with Faker now the flagship athlete, Koreans continue to dominate everyone. I can’t imagine a world without this happening. The rise of the Chinese have to be stopped! I will forever be moved by and in support of Korean players. Even visited a few “historic” sites in Korea where games have been played, although haven’t attended any matches in-person yet.
