i hear alot about search for solid people. Personally, I think young people today really lack moral/spiritual guidance and good examples to follow. As for me, it doesn't look like am doing a whole lot by spending a lot of time in meditation, but am actually setting foundation for my future life/after life in the process, if that makes sense. One word of advice for great folks like you is to adopt a plant-based diet to keep our bodily temples clean, our vibration light, our hands/conscience free of blood stains & our prayers answered vs "awakening a demon who can't wait to punish us on the other side of the veil" every time we consume flesh and engage in drinking/binging. These are invisible things that we can't prove to others unless we put in a lot of independent spiritual research for ourselves. Thanks for posting the video and sharing your opinions.
