This is the point I’m at in my golf swing. This is 200% the most valuable instructional I have ever seen. This video has completely changed how I swing the golf club. I can’t thank you enough you’re a fabulous golf coach. Thanks again.😊

Warren thank you, I almost gave up golf because every iron shot was a shank, and I was terrified to hit the ball, I've been to many teachers and they couldn't find out what the problem was and then I came across the video and saw that I was always going into the hitting area with the club face wide open, I can't wait to go to the range and work on this move.

I am so sorry to hear about your troubles and I do hope this can be of some benefit. I you would like me to take a look at your swing I would be more than happy to give you a pointer or two. Just send across via message on socials, fb or insta. Regards Warren

Great Ideas, feels and Instructions. Big thanks 🙏 Haven’t had the time during winter time and loads of work to practice for 5 month. Got on the range with this video in mind.. boom 102 mph max 98 mph avg Swingspeed on my radar with driver … very astonishing! I’m a 6 hcp 50 y Clubplayer … early release losing lag etc. max Driver CHS 95 mph avg. Have to keep an eye on that drill. There’s something about it! 👍

I’m about to purchase a net and mat for the backyard. I will be working on this exact move, over and over at home. I tried it a few weeks ago back at the range, with limited success. So maybe a bit of ‘Pink Floyd’ 😂and my own net, and I’ll be away flying!! By the way, your content is absolutely fantastic!👍 I know you have other videos on drills, but could you possibly put together some for us with nets at home?! Cheers mate.

Dear Warren. Thanks for the video. This is one of the best drills, allso difficult one. Your way of explaining the golf swing is amazing.

Thank you Dinesh, really appreciate your kind words. Yes it is difficult if you’re used to hitting from a different place, especially if you’re a golfer who is on the steeper side, if you find it hard just keep chipping away at it, it will come. Kind regards Warren

Part of my practice was to put my feet together and just turn my hips a few inches get the club up to level with the ground then swing back and through the shot. Mainly used for balance but i found after a session the ball flew as long as a full swing. Really all Hogan ideas.

Thanks, this is an excellent drill. Is it quite similar to Bradley Hughes "4:30 to impact" drill?
@warrenbennettgolfacademy8 ай бұрын
Hi, I have seen Brads videos a long time ago but seen that he is now coaching a lot of good players on the PGA Tour, very good coach and for what I saw a few years ago similar philosophy Regards Warren

Great drill for me. I tend to swing out far too much.

Warren, won’t this tend to hit the ball left by swinging the club toward your left pocket?
@warrenbennettgolfacademy5 ай бұрын
Hi Robert, no not if the club is on plane and the visual is always a slight exaggeration for visual affect. Many thanks and hope it helps Warren

Great drill. Next time can you do it with a clothes hanger? It would give a good visual.

Sorry if this is a silly question, but is this being driven by the feet and hips, or the upper body and shoulders?

Iv been shanking for last 2 years I'm hoping this maybe why as I do draw the ball

I've tried, and have question about the release, does it happen by losing the wrist angle passively and having a light grip pressure and let the momentum do the work? or applying power in the wrist to sling the club? just wanna know how to time everything right and feel it right, thx!
