what is the difference between Atman Brahman (Witness Conscious) and Brahman Absolute. Is it one in all or all in one? If we all are part of that Absolute Brahman why do you feel good in some company and not so good in other’s company? Why do you get upset or angry or sad with this Maya? Churn the curd out of milk and butter out of curd to be able to float unaffected in the water of worldliness. How to do that? Where do I go and begun with?

Our real nature is of eternal bliss and contentment. But somehow due to what we call ignorance, we find our minds seeking sensory enjoyment for satisfaction. Staying in the midst of these sense engagements whether pleasurable or painful, it’s difficult to let the mind settle down and stabilize on our real peaceful still silent fullness. Hence the example is given off churning butter. You can go to a place away from your home and known people for a few days to practice detachment. Else even inside your house you may isolate yourselves for a few minutes or hours from others so that your mind is not tempted to engage with the outside world. The main point is that familiar surroundings may pose a challenge for the mind to be detached and withdrawn. Once you gain that detachment from the senses, mind is automatically drawn towards God as God is closer to us than our vital breath! The wind of God’s Grace is ever flowing. Unfurl our sails to catch it! Om.

Shree Krishna has been taking my care , he saved me from many dangers in my life. One such incident was when one morning I woke up abruptly ( not my usual time , early that daily time ) and my eyes fixed near the door and the wall , There was a huge centipede coming near me 🥺😥😥😥. Now I kept thinking about how did I woke up just before the danger ! The centipede did not touched me yet I woke up by shree haris mercy 😭😭😭❤️. He is really so so great and so merciful , no matter how many times I turned my back towards him and go for the world of illusion , when after wandering when again I realise that the world is false and only shree Krishna is true , I fall into his feet and he without a single anger or hesitation forgives me. 😭😭❤️❤️❤️

I was developing a total faith and surrender that felt like joy and power (not a personal power, as a matter of fact: just the opposite). Since I undertook some new spiritual practices and was reminded of how much work we need to do to purify, my focus shifted from a total, unconditional faith and availability to the Lord, to a contracted identity that fears failure. My very practice, before this, was meditation and merging into divine silence, tune into this faith on a daily basis, feel this joy, act in daily tasks in pure beingness or in the feeling of God, and little thoughts arose, the mind was quiet. Shall I insist on the new practices and trust them more than I did use to trust God? If I trust God and surrender so completely as to feel I am safe and he will lead me, why should I apply techniques other than falling into presence?

1) do not seek safety in God 2) less pressure on faith. You put pressure on the practices because you actually don’t trust. God brings what is needed when it is needed. You cannot beg it into existence any faster. Why stress? 3) the mind is never quiet. The nature of the mind is disruption. You were tuned into the silence behind the mind. You’ll tune in yet again. Just trust, practice, and relax
