This delicious and simple recipe is a life a time savior. Just Eat one or 2 every morning. If you wish to cook more egg muffins, simple use more ingredients especially eggs. You can store in the freezer for longer as well, if necessary. Also, the cheese is optional. Have fun and enjoy :)
INGREDIENTS
8-10 large eggs
1 cup (heaping) small diced cooked mushrooms
3/4 cup finely chopped Bell Peppers (Red and Green)
2/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (Optional)
1/4 cup- 32 grams chopped White Onions
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley or spinach (Optional)
1/4 teaspoon/ 1 milliliter salt, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon/ 2 milliliter- black pepper
1-2 tablespoon/ 15-30 milliliters- (Olive Oil)
