0:32 The trick: Take a big inhale followed by a short fast other inhale. Hold for 10 seconds . And exhale slowly through your mouth

Bro held me by the throat with that thumbnail. Great breathing exercise actually i was doing smth similar without holding. That holding part gives a more relaxing feeling after exhaling. 100%
