It really depends on what you want. If you want foils, borderless, showcase, etc...the booster box is the way to go. Also if you just like opening packs, specifically Fallout. Otherwise, just get the precons.

Do the collector booster boxes have the exact same cards that are in the precons? Or are there unique cards in both (precons have unique and CBs have unique)? Excluding serialized of course. Surprising that CBs are worth so much more than the precons

Hey you added music! Also looking at games island - I'm from the US. Biggest thing they should do if they want US folks to buy is to have an option to switch the currency to USD from Euro. Seeing all the prices in Euro probably stops a lot of folks

Should've added the value of the cards you get from the Sample Packs. Don't know if you did that or not, but it would've helped to get close to the $400 mark. Just speaking from past experience pulling a Cavern of Souls from my Ahoy Matey precon.

I really like the concept of this set, where you get every single card in the precons, while in the collector boosters there are alternative versions. However the price point for Collector boosters are insane, wtf WoTC

With those universe beyond sets i think is somewhat "stupid" to buy collector boosters UNLESS you really want the gamble for some alternate art and exclusive thing. since i know now that EACH card of the set can be obtained with all 4 decks i dont think its worth the gamble

Pre-Cons, if you want to have a fun experience with Fallout UB. The price point is just there for that sort of thing and you get the functionally unique Fallout cards. For value? Collector box. If you want Pip-boy and Vault boy cards? Snatch them us as singles... or maybe 1 box and finish off as singles.. but singles.... especially if you're not after the surge foils and just want the unique look. You'll save loads by picking them up individually and grabbing some Pre-Cons for cheap.
