⬇️ Read more to know how to use them👇🏻 🗣️ Reminder: it’s Not necessary to use the same products shown, just the ‘ingredients’ should be same as they suit my skin it might not suit yours, so use it accordingly♥️ ➡️ Double cleansing has to be done in the evening/night to remove sunscreen or makeup. double cleansing means cleansing your skin first with oil based cleanser & then using a regular face wash which is gentle & not exfoliating because you’ll be using prescription ‘Adapalene’ (consult a dermat before using this) ➡️ Salicylic acid face wash can be used in the morning or in the night of the day you are not using Adapalene just to avoid over exfoliation. ➡️ Adapalene is prescribed by dermat when you have comedones so do consult them, without prescription don’t buy it. Use it on freshly dry skin or if you have sensitive skin use it as a last step. ➡️ Non comedogenic Moisturiser is very important to avoid over production of sebum which can again clog pores. ➡️ AHA BHA exfoliation can help a lot, use it for 5-10 minutes only once a week, DO NOT USE IT IF YOU HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN (skip it)
