If you have courgettes these 🔝 2 recipes will drive you crazy!!! Raw courgettes in the oven!
FIRST RECIPE:
✔INGREDIENTS:
2 medium courgettes
1 medium red onion
3 medium eggs
Chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Breadcrumbs 30g
Grated Parmesan 40g
1 Mozzarella fior di latte (or any cheese of your choice)
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes, put it back in the oven for another 15-20 minutes at the same temperature!
SECOND RECIPE:
✔INGREDIENTS:
1 medium courgette (500g)
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Dried thyme and oregano
🔹
Potatoes (500g)
Olive oil
1 clove of garlic
salt and pepper
Sweet paprika
🔹
2 medium tomatoes
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
60g mozzarella cheese (optional)
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 40 minutes, put it back in the oven for a second time for another 15 minutes at the same temperature!
