In this video you will learn how to make fluffy and delicious custard buns! Custard buns are perfect for a family breakfast or tea party. Prepare and enjoy your buns 🥰
Ingredients:
Egg - 1 piece
Sugar - 3 tbsp.
Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Yeast - 1 tsp.
Milk - 180 ml
Butter - 40g / 2 tbsp.
Flour - 400 g / 2.5 cups
Cream:
Sugar - 3 tbsp.
Egg - 1 piece
Corn starch or flour - 2 tbsp.
Milk - 250 ml / 1 cup
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
Bake at 180°C (356~°F) for 25-30 minutes.

Очень красивые булочки. Тоже часто их делаю. Дети очень любят. А еще я добавляю 0.5 ч.л. разрыхлителя в тесто. Тогда булочки и на 2 день такие же пышные и воздушные

Mój wypiek do poprawki.😮Bułki wyszły kolorowe, apetyczne ale niestety ciasto za mało wyrosło i nie są miękkie. Myślę że trochę za dużo jest mąki albo za mało drożdży sypnęłam.. Smakowo dobre...No cóż... drugim razem będzie lepiej.😊 Przejrzałam jeszcze raz film i zdecydowanie moje ciasto nie wyrosło aż tak wysoko.... Za parę dni powtórzę😊
