5 potatoes.
1 egg.
100 grams of cheese.
4 tablespoons flour.
1 can of canned tuna
1 onion.
1 carrot.
A bunch of spring onions.
Salt pepper.

Which means that living British citizens helped pay to end the slave trade. “Britain stood out among European states in its willingness to appease slave owners, and to burden future generations of its citizens with the responsibility of paying for it," Kris Manjapra wrote for The Guardian in 2018.

Good luck be positive when you go & try it & put the fork up to your mouth. Sometimes I've found with myself it is a mind thing or a bad experience. Anyway head up & enjoy. 😃

How cool...great timing as I am making tuna cakes tonight for our dinner...same recipe but we don't use onion due to an allergic thing for one of my kids...instead I put in chives and I also add parsley...sometimes basil and garlic powder. Yummy recipe you have shared, thank you! I have never thought to add cheese to the mix. I shall give this a go tonight.
