Hello lovelies, let's Roast some potatoes and this recipe is super delicious. The potatoes come out super crunchy and crispy on the outside and very soft on the inside. Filled with garlic and herbs, Perfect as a side dish for your meat dishes. You will love it.
Ingredients;
-8 to 10 medium potatoes
-4 cloves garlic
-2 sprigs fresh rosemary leaves
-4 sprigs fresh thyme
-5 tbsp vegetable oil
-3 tbsp melted unsalted butter
-1 tsp baking powder
-salt and pepper

Roast potatoes have never tasted this yummy. Hotels got nothing on me. I baked my potatoes for 35 min though and they were brown and soft. I served them with beef curry and it slurrped. 😋😋😋😋
