Just cook this marvelous exotica chicken rice casserole!
Fast and very tasty!
I cook hot and garnish at the same time.
This dish will decorate your table!
I took 3 chicken fillets and turned them into minced meat with a blender
but you, of course, can use a meat grinder or buy ready-made minced meat
1/2 cup rice, cooked until half cooked
1 egg
Salt 1 tablespoon
Curry 1-2 tablespoons (to taste)
Preheat oven to 180ºC
Parmesan 30 grams (you can use any cheese you like)
Canned pineapple
Decorate with slices of sweet pepper (but this is not necessary)
I send it to the oven for 30 - 40 minutes
Served with mango chili sauce and green onions
