I'm a big fan of Uomo since the release. The sillage is enormous and the scent is sweet but classy. It actually brought me into gourmand fragrances.

Best alternative with a twist at the same price might be Halloween Man X. There are a few minutes near the opening in which the two scents are very similar. Then they take off in different directions. But I can't be the only one who gets a cherry nuance in Uomo? Could be what sold me on it in the first place. Like a hint of black forest gateau 🤤

I'm 50 Mr. Apprentice, and wear Ferragamo Umo. Definitely NOT juvenile as you state. And the signature is just as nice. I don't think my sense of smell has changed that much in my 33 plus years in my fragrance journey

I tried to like Ferragamo, but they never stick around in my collection. Both Uomo and Signature just dried down to standard Tonka bombs and smelled like several other designers I have/had. The openings are great...

@@ntr7030 I was just goofing around. In the bottle of Jazz Club it suppose to be written "Brooklyn 2013" but in 4:45 you can see that, for some reason, George's bottle says "Orange County 2019". Don't know what the actual intention of that was, but I found that funny.

I sampled both Uomo and Uomo Signature and yes, Signature just smells more mature, sophisticated and sexy according to my wife. She didn't even know when I sprayed on but immediately was in love when she smelled it. I got a 100ml tester bottle of Signature for $38.

I sometimes love it sometimes hate it, because I sometimies find it too femenine and I wish it was just a tad bit more masculine. When I smell it up close I find it a little more masculine but in the air it's not very masculine lol..

I am interested in Side Effect, but i pretty sure it's not a blind buy. I have a sample of Naxos. I like it, it's beast mode from a sample spray, i get a lot of lavender up close. Still testing it 🤷‍♂️
