Sorry for the long post but... AHHHH so glad you didn't do the book version of films! I loved "The Troop" I never thought about it's "Human Centipede Feel" but you are so right! So disturbing LOVE IT!! One of my favorite horror genres is Apocalyptic/post-apocalyptic so I adored "The Road" but did you read "The Cabin at the End of the World" by Paul Tremblay? (whom I love btw) if you haven't I think you'll really enjoy it! "The Outsider" is also one of my favorite "newer" King novels but I LOVED "The Institute" SO MUCH!! Have you read it yet? I love this video so much! Thank you for the great content...you never disappoint!

I love The Troop!! Apparently they are making a movie adaptation! Omg The Human Centipede was so disgusting and creepy 😖 and I can't wait to read Clown in a Cornfield 🤗

@@bookskywalker8173 yes last year James Wan announced he would produce The Troop, but who knows if the project was cancelled because of covid, I hope it wasn't! And yeah I can't believe the made The Human Centipede 2 and 3 xD! Thanks, my library has an e-copy of Clown in a Cornfield so I'm glad!! And I own the same edition of American Psycho, I really need to read it!! I had started it a few years ago but at that moment I couldn't concentrate so I put it down, but it's definitely on my list and then I could watch the movie :)

I am not a body horror fan at all, I prefer my horror more spooky and creepy (dare I say subtle ;) the exception being slasher movies, love them! But like Saw and The Human Centipede just gross me the hell out.

Juani Mouton yes body horror is definitely not everyone's taste! It's not really mine (I do like the Saw films, but mainly because there is more than just gore to the story!). I prefer creepy over gore as well 🙌🏼
