@@yarc9 spider verse isnt a style its a technique. arcane, xmen 97, spiderverse and this all use that technique. the technique is hyper stylzation so a lot of anti dreamworks CGI and more less realistic more creative stuff. capped crusader was trash

Man I sure hated when they turned down the beyond animation, but looking at this fan project I can kinda see what their "issue" was, it looked TOO MUCH like a Spiderverse inspiration, the "2d-ish" style probably got that stupid-*ss Sazlav dude worried about comparisons and their "lack of originality" but this one is different, it's visual identity just feels batman at heart!
