If anyone is still wondering if the frame technique works. Please try it. It worked for me. I was able to think more clearly and got the confidence to find the help I needed. I was in a dark place for almost a year after an incident and listening to Aaron and doing the frame technique changed my life around. And my view about life and other people.

Be prepared... if you have been a yes person or people pleaser for a while, then some people in your life will not like you taking your own energy back. They need you to give them all of your attention & energy to satisfy their own feelings of lack. They will get upset when you say no, but ask yourself what is right for you. You may even lose a close friend. Let that be OK. If you did what is right for you, then they need to be happy for you and not try to make you feel bad because they didn't get what they wanted from you. REMEMBER to love yourself. You are worth it.

The thought that the ouside world is a reflection of your inner world, is correct to some extent. Your expectations based on previous traumas affects how we see the world. But I worry when we take that too literal and too dear to heart. Not everything is reflection of inner perception. If we take this idea too far, it can lead to immense self blame and over responsibility for other's people's actions. What other people do is more a reflection of their own trauma. Please keep that in mind Aaron. It is good to have a tender heart and see the best in people, you need to be aware, at the same time of how much you burden yourself with other's people's traumas. When something bad happens to you, you are the only one to look after yourself. Please be gentle with yourself. Don't burden yourself with something that is not yours.

Being in your own frame is exactly what prevents you from the things you describe. If you separate from others, recreate the lost border, you stop thinking you are responsible for everything. You see that there are others, other responsibilities, separate from you. It takes time to retrain if the trauma is deep. But the better you get with being in your own frame the less you feel responsible for the things others do. I felt responsible for a heavy storm once. I still enter a state of mind sometimes that makes me think things like that. But I am now able to disconnect from thoughts like that quite fast. Pulling in my energy, centering and separating myself from the world outside my own frame. I can ponder those ideas without feeling responsible for the whole world. I still think we shape our world, make things happen. But there's nothing I can do about that. We all do that. So if I blame myself when nobody else does, where does that lead me? I become Sysyphus. With a physical frame of 105 pounds that is a bit too much. 😂

Similar story here. Finally got away from my brother. Strength and a ton of energy to you. May you heal fast. My best wishes to you, stay strong. Stay independent. Be careful not to fall into the same trap again. I did that. Not a good idea. It almost killed me. Please be vigilant. Do not let that happen again, like I did. The danger is not over, even if it feels like it is. Narcissists program you. It is very hard to overwrite this, it took me ages. We have to get rid of their brainwashing or everyone looking for a victim will recognize us. Hunt us. As long as there are blind spots we are not safe. Predators recognize the signs theiy left in us. They are searching for them. Use them to lure us into their game. Please, take good care of yourself. Resist people you feel a pull to until you are absolutely sure that they are not predators in disguise. I was pulled to people just like my brother. Very dangerous and no chance of healing if you get hurt the same way again and again. Loneliness is hard. But they isolate you from everything and everybody, they are so much worse. You are not alone. We are many. Way too many ... Please feel hugged. It will get better, healing is possible. Videos like this are a huge help. They make us understand on a deep level. Make us feel better, safer. Understanding is the first step. Doing the right thing is much harder. But we can do that. As long as we live we can do the right thing. Try again and again and get better every time. Mistakes are normal, they are not the end of the world.

@@bell1435 Because we project our unhealed trauma onto our kids. Work with a great therapist and do the work to heal yourself and it will cause you kids to heal. if they are feeling damaged then have them see a therapist. There is an amazing book called "how to do the work" its amazing my Nicole Lepera, highly recommend. Empaths are nothing more than people who were traumatized as a kid and we anticipated the needs of others before ourself. I Messed up with my son because I had not yet done the work to heal myself. It's a choice to take on others energy. We have to learn how to protect ours. When our kids see us putting the needs of others before themself they will repeat the cycle as adults. We were taught it's selfish to say no or take care of yourself but it's not! and never to late to change course. My daughter is only 5 and has amazing boundaries. Still a work in progress for my son, we discuss often that he needs to put his needs first. I grew up with a one narcissistic parent and one alcoholic, I never knew how to put myself first. But now I do in my 40s! never too late

@@bell1435 I feel like I should do this right now, because my kids are so sensitive. I think that if you go into therapy and talk to a real person, then you can be in the present and maybe help your family better...... I am learning to say no, like when my aunt always phones and sings . I hate it, I don't really know why and I just let her before, now I said no and told her to stop, but she would not. She always tries to unhear clear messages. So this is a place to start, why do I feel guilty for her feelings all the time? I think you should heal yourself first maybe.....

@heiker1351
@heiker1351 Ай бұрын
@@gitteholm1920My whole family did that. It is gaslighting. Not hearing what you say and forcing their unhealthy views upon you and your perception. They don't see you. They don't perceive you. They interact with an image of you in their brain. If they do it on the phone, hang up. Simple as that, but it takes courage to do it. You're trained not to separate yourself from them. If they do it face to face, turn around and go. Don't ask yourself if you are allowed to do so. You are. You have the right to separate yourself from them. You are not them. They don't listen to you, you don't listen to them. They don't talk to you, you don't talk to them. Mirror them. You are an empath, you can do that. You were trained to let them do that. You allow them to do that because they taught you to allow them to do that to you. Retrain yourself. For your kids. They will learn from you. If you can do that you will teach them the most important lesson in life. Be you. You are not other people. Do not allow people to treat you as if you are not allowed to be your own self. You have to allow yourself. They won't do that. They are totally fine with treating you like you don't exist as a human being. Making you their doll. Playing with you until you are broken. It took me 59 years to allow myself to reject the last member of my family. They tried to kill me as a kid, and still I allowed them to treat me like I don't exist. Brainwashed. I am now able to heal. You can't heal if you are treated like that, again and again. It's not just them. You let everybody treat you like that. Please, allow yourself to truly live.

Key Takeaways for you 😁: -Taking responsibility for your own energy and perceptions is key to healing. -Practice the Ho'oponopono process for powerful transformation. -Use the Frame Technique to feel safe within yourself and identify what's yours and what's not. -Learn to say "no" when necessary to maintain your own energetic balance. -Embrace vulnerability as a means to express your true self and heal shame. Setting boundaries can be challenging for empaths, as they may feel the disappointment and tension of others when they don't agree or like what is being said or done. It can be difficult for empaths to maintain their own frame when faced with others' expectations. Many empaths tend to morph themselves to fit others' expectations, often subconsciously, as a way to feel safe and "enough." Benefits of Implementing Techniques: Being in one's own frame brings about a new level of confidence and presence, changing the energetic dynamics when interacting with others. Understanding Empaths: Empaths have the ability to feel and absorb the energy of others as a survival mechanism developed from childhood experiences.This sensitivity can lead to a tendency to expand their energetic field to include others, resulting in a challenge to set boundaries. Technique: Feeling Inside the Body: The technique involves feeling inside the body, a practice that empowers empaths to reclaim their own energy. By bringing the energy back inside the body, empaths experience a shift in their presence and energetic coherence. Story of Personal Transformation: The speaker shares a personal story of being unable to say no due to empathic tendencies, leading to an inconvenient and potentially dangerous situation. The experience highlights the importance of learning to set boundaries and prioritize one's own needs. The Impact of Grounding: Grounding oneself in the body, particularly in the bottom three chakras, is crucial for empaths. This grounding allows empaths to move from being overly tuned to external energies to having a center of gravity within themselves. Responding to External Energies: People respond to empaths based on the energy they embody and project outward. When empaths bring their energy back into their own frame, others respond to the authenticity and centeredness they exude. The Frame Technique: The frame technique, based on the Zazen principle, involves feeling the separation between oneself and external elements (e.g., a candle flame). This technique is a powerful tool for empaths to practice being in their own frame of reality. It allows empaths to identify what is their own and take responsibility for their energetic boundaries. Taking responsibility for one's own energy and discerning what belongs to oneself versus others is crucial for maintaining one's own frame. The practice of Ho'oponopono, involving the phrases "I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you," is a powerful tool for healing relationships and energetic dynamics. Empaths are encouraged to explore the Ho'oponopono technique as a means of reclaiming their own energy and transforming their relationships. The 21-day confidence love challenge is recommended for those looking to release codependent patterns and become emotionally available, as well as attract love and new opportunities. Empaths are advised to learn to say "no" in order to establish boundaries and maintain their own center of gravity. This empowers them to prioritize their own needs and energy.The process of saying "no" liberates empaths and allows them to maintain their energy, especially as they become more successful in their endeavors. The importance of being honest and in integrity when declining invitations or setting boundaries is emphasized. Empaths are encouraged to express their true feelings without the need for elaborate excuses. Learning to say "no" is crucial for empaths to maintain their own vision and create the life they desire, even if it means declining invitations to socialize or engage in activities that don't align with their goals. As an empath, it's important to prioritize your own energy and commitments, even when well-intentioned individuals may want to introduce you to others or involve you in various activities. Embracing vulnerability is a powerful tool for healing shame and expressing your true feelings. It allows you to be authentic and genuine in your interactions with others. Tension is not inherently negative; it's a natural part of growth and self-expression. Embracing vulnerability means being willing to experience tension, which can lead to personal growth and deeper connections. Recognizing when you may subconsciously manipulate others by being overly accommodating or seeking validation is a crucial step in healing and reclaiming your own energy. Understanding the core wound shared by both empaths and narcissists can provide valuable insight into your own behavior and relationships. Becoming aware of any patterns of seeking external validation or changing yourself to please others is key to healing. Bringing your awareness inward, feeling the separation between yourself and others, and nurturing your inner child are transformative practices for empaths. They allow you to feel safe within yourself and make decisions from a place of authenticity. The Frame Technique, when practiced consistently for 21 days, can be a powerful tool for empaths to reclaim their energy and establish a solid frame of reality. Embracing vulnerability and expressing your true self, without attachment to others' opinions or reactions, is a significant step towards personal growth and healing for empaths. The journey towards healing and empowerment for empaths involves taking ownership of your own energy, setting boundaries, and prioritizing your own well-being. This can lead to a profound transformation in how you show up in the world. Aaron provides a link to the video related to the Frame Technique for those interested in a deeper understanding of this practice. Enjoy watching the video for further clarity. Thank you! May your best desires come true!😇

But im doing a lot of energy work in my office regarding a manager narc. I think im here to help this person who is very erratic, abrasive and kinda toxic. Hi, its nice of you helping someone, its so common for empaths....still be careful, all the narcissistic persons are toxic in the long run. If she is not willing to change sincerely from inside there will never be a shift. She can only pretend changing, so she can get you closer. You are not helping her but doing her job. The danger here is you will be hooked and enslaved, it can completely drain you and take off all of your will. You won't see that cause you will give her excuses all the times. Narcissists possess energetic hooks and it's hard to take off afterwards. It take years. And there's also all the poison of their toxicity, it has to be removed and this is hard and long too. In the beginning all the empaths feel strong, but once drained, you become a real wreck. Take a first place in your life, you can have a real and a bigger mission in this world! You don't have to wash someone dirty laundry...❤

Im glad hes doin well. I hope to get out of this miserable life but I have a wickid hard time talking with people or confidence as well feeling drained all the time as im always tryin to like change what I do or how I do it to suit others as I never want to make people upset. That will never change in me as its a trait and I do jave a hard time making decisions or sayin no but I have begun to focus on this and being aware is a step forward atleast. I need to see others but I wish I saw/knew of shit like this years ago as Ive since 6/7 known I could feel energy from people and since doing some hard spiritual work and going throigh another tough experience now I can feel the energy inside my tiny room and in thebpsychic space it breaks up into 2 spaces despite my tiny room im in as I cant get into anywhere else. Im gonna make room and grow a couple plants again as for me thats super therapeutic. Im going to give this a shot as ive been alone and keeping myself miserable trying to help my narcissistic mother who cant help herself. I also strangely I think due in part to the abuse etc I suffered and never havin friends or anything I feel like a decade younger than I am and I look it too. But I cant escape my true age(Feel like maybe mid 20s but am actually 37). I got GAD(Generalized Anxiety Disorder)/depression and while I get meds I try to mostly use natural medication but I gotta use the damn pills too. Ive been alone all my life basically(16 years) but am trying to change it. I still feel lost but im slowly gaining confidence though I know I need more work before Ill get anywhere but thats life I suppose. Glad I found this dude and "the concious man" as from what ive seen theyve been helpful. Im gonna finish this vid but wanted to say thanks Aaron, this is damn helpful however I know till my teeth get fixed and some other shit ill never get nowhere but glad im trying to keep negative people away from me.

Omg I am 36 years old and I just understood that I’ve been an empath and struggling with this my entire life. I just, for the first time, understood the connection to my childhood and how it served me then. Thank you Aaron for bringing this to my awareness. I am deciding right now to be in my own frame and to be aware of my own feelings and act on them in integrity 🙏 I’m looking forward to practicing the frame technique and Ho’ponopono to support me on this journey! Once again, thank you from my heart ❤️

I unlike you just lost my father last year and I’m still dealing with a narcissistic stepmother and my sister is in Boston hospital and I got called out here because she had 2 to 3 days to live but I’ve had to live with this woman beside me who I have thought after my father passed, I would not have to deal with so much or at least mold in pretzel myself to make sure everything’s OK with her. She has shown love and compassion at some points going home Saturday and can’t wait to get there.

I appreciate that you're teaching some very valuable things. I'm older, "Ilove you, I'm sorry, please forgive me, thankyou"...just in case it matters to you...Ho'oponopono is a whole lot more than that chant. Dr. Hew Len (impressed by what changes took place in that violent offenders prison also) had a teacher Mornna Simeona founder of Self I-dentity through Ho'oponopono, trained to become a teacher then taught with her. A practice for families and is known throughout the South Pacific. Usually uses a mediator with families,etc.

I'm going to start doing the frame technique every day... I trained myself to be a disciplined person so I'll do it almost every day and share my experience each week or month. Day 1: Remembered how it felt to have my attention inside my body, It felt good and uncomfortable at the same time. I release the stress that comes up with my breath Day 7 : The exercise brought up some trauma, I did shadow work on it. Feel a little bit more grounded: Not a lot though. Feels uncomfortable doing the exercise but I'm going to keep at it ...

a friend said, "CLOSE YOUR PORTAL SHUT!* balance it instead I would say. Because theres so many different energy waves that could mix up with yours so very easily that you could begin to be taken advantage of without even knowing it at first. This is why being very aware and focused of studying the atmosphere and environment of peoples spaces before you open yourself up. Because theres so many people who will lie to make other people think you're crazy. Empathy is very rich, very powerful, but it sure can get weakened by the wrong type of energy, FAST too. So we wary where you share your vibes with, not everyone you call friends are ya FRIEND! Even when your at a space that requires everyone to be fair, easy going, and friendly with everyone *because we're all human* See, we are human and we all have our problems, but this is human, not spirit. If you are a very sensitive and powerful empath you will be focusing on where your situating yourself with, and being sure that the space is safe and not a *DANGER ZONE*

I have a vision of a world where every man and women can look deep inside themselves to take responsibility for their own actions and not only use the knowledge gained to release the shame and guilt they may hold for themselves but also they can use that knowledge to look outward to their fellow man with understanding. I know this is about empowerment and setting healthy boundaries, but when you talk about this it gives me the knee-jerk reaction that this is about being selfish and self-centered. It just feels wrong. That's how I really know I'm an empath. Because we shouldn't focus on separation because we are all one. But I know you are coaching us to establish healthy boundaries, how to "turn it off" for self-preservation. I really appreciate this. I would normally just retreat forever but you are explaining healthy boundaries. Thank you. But it still feels wrong. But I understand I must.

Selfish is when you hurt others to get what you want. Self interest, on the other hand, is the natural condition of all organisms, and is what keeps you from sticking your hand in a fire. You don't have to hurt others in order to not stick your hand in a fire.

i think another thing would be to ask urself if what someone is asking of u is reasonable. check in with ur feelings, resources and energy levels and if u have thought it through. check in with the hero self/child self. children need order and some type of frame of reference. u could also be accommodating for ur absence, like if u cant make it to something in person, u could send a thoughtful gift in the mail, write a letter, theres various things to show u care that u can do. like there is more than one answer, more than just 'yes or no.' i think studying history would be helpful. i think this shows how much we have lost touch with the old ways and the times of our grandparents. we are going over and beyond our means in such a short amount of time that we are not even thinking things through and doing something thinking its life or death and it isn't. if u take a step back and be reasonable but also take into account peoples feelings and not just jump when someone says jump. there is a middle ground. we have just lost our way.

Shouting down your mind is part of the problem. The Zen master Bankei said if you try to eliminate thoughts with other thoughts, it's like trying to wash out blood with blood, all you get is more blood. If you want the ripples on water to become still, it can never happen as long as you're messing with it. "Stillness" is another name for "concentration", as in the stilling of attention (on one thing).

@2:50 he says it's a survival response to danger in childhood, but doesn't explain why the mind would see it that way. But if it was, it would probably be a kind of hypervigilance, constantly scanning the environment for danger, as happens to people after traumatic events like abuse. Becoming hypersensitive to your parents' mood could be an early warning system to help you avoid getting screamed at, roared at, called "stupid", or physically attacked the next time they got mad about something.
@geniek5348

I started doing this naturally as I was getting older. Particularly because I was just giving my energy away, and allowing others to try to dictate conversations and frames. People will give you a lot more respect when you become what is being said here because you aren't becoming the "subject" of their energy; and usually it is a negative type of energy, because you are feeling outside of your body and vulnerable. But, this feeling into yourself and the body, and not overthinking about people and what they are thinking of you, gives you a powerful center. This advice is very true, and people I don't think will get a grasp right away, until they change and notice what they are doing (insecure young people become use to this feeling after they start the bad habit). STOP thinking everyone knows or thinks you are WEAK-WILLED; and in actuality, thinking like this makes you BEHAVE and BECOME like this- so, be inside your body, avoid seeking validation, and be powerful.

Aaron I have to tell you this (and it's been annoying me for months now) not all empaths are people pleasers! There are a large percentage of us who say no all the time and stand up for ourselves and have strong opinion! Not all empaths are yes people. YET we live with our energy outside of our own frame. Being an empath is about how you relate energetically( and your ability to feel that). Being a people pleaser means you have certain behaviors when relating to people. There are a lot of people who are both but there are a lot of people who are only one or another. Watching your videos has been really frustrating lately because I am an empath who has been really struggling but I have never had people pleasing behaviors. Parts of these videos have really been helping me lately but parts are so confusing because they don't apply to me. I hope this helps you make better videos. I really love you and your channel.

Also at the end when you compare and contrast empaths and narcissists you are actually describing a codependent. Many codependents are empaths but not all of them My mom is empathetic and a codependent ( her dad was a narcissist) but she is not an empath. That isn't super rare.

Hey, have you heard of the Myers Briggs personality types? You can do an online test, it's free. It might be worth finding out your type and reading into that see what you think ok it. It might help give an explanation of empathy in a different way and why some people from an early age feel naturally intuitive. No relation with trauma or from persons with unhealthy behaviour patterns.

First of all, I really appreciate Aaron's content. HOWEVER - and this may be a rather controversial comment - why isn't there a summary or further explanation included in the description as there used to be some time ago? Also, the speed at which he talks and everything... I can't help but wonder if this way of presenting this kind of content is also a way to entice people into the linked challenges that cost money. Personally, I'm very interested in the techniques mentioned in the video, but especially since I'm not a native English speaker, I have to watch it repeatedly. An additional explanation in the description would have been very helpful

I would say that I... adapt the boundary according to the "incoming pressure." There is 100% a vibe-feeling, intuitive reading split-second to assess this. I feel that sometimes people clumsily come on strong, but there's almost a youthful naiveté to it, so the boundary is different. Then there are "Cocky Joes" where within half a second the energy speaks for itself and the wall and the mouth (my stern and blunt mouth) comes out. I have also found that when I keep my cool with the cocky-joe (and Cocky-Janes too, btw) the tension gets worse for these people often seek dominance and control. Balanced non-triggered engagement drives them bonkers. It is such an interesting skill/burden to have...
