Dealing with obsessive thoughts too about my own insecurities. When she said if the thoughts could be the things to achieve or something to that extent I felt that. I feel so out of control of these thoughts & I hate it .

More than focusing on where the negative narrative is coming from, I would concentrate on changing those recurring thought patterns for more positive ones. Focus on finding a way out of the darkness, not searching for where the darkness is coming from. Combine going to the gym with a balanced diet, write down any negative thought about your body and immediately change it for a positive one - Jay's "Spot, Stop, Swap"-, write down all your positive traits. You'll see that most of them probably outweigh the negative. None of us are perfect, and we don't have to be. We are enough❤️

This was spot on! Jay is really not just an inspiration but also a mentor. :)

Self-worth comes from one thing. Thinking that you are worthy. Accept positive criticism but ignore negative criticism.
@AnnTsungMD Жыл бұрын
I could not agree further. You're absolutely right that our perception of our own worth is key. It's important to listen to positive feedback and use it to bolster our confidence, while disregarding negative criticism that may come from a place of insecurity or malice. Keep focusing on your own worth and value, and don't let others bring you down.

I beat the thoughts with physical work. And adchivemnts. And writing down and repeat goals daily

This is fantastic! This is one best way to overcome negative thoughts and thinking. It's diverting your attention to something worthwhile and positive.

Identify your strengths, name them, and concentrate on them. Don’t compare yourself with others, but approach people who inspire or even challenge you for your growth.

I know that you think that Jay Shetty is doing good work and that he genuinely cares, but you should search "Jay Shetty Exposed". This guy... is a total egotistical maniac, who only does this for personal gain.
