True . But the only reason she wanted to killed her was because, she was her best friend. And adora just left her for people who had only met her a few hours previously. She could have left to . I think the only reason she didn't leave was because of shadow weaver (she still cared about her). Catra grew up influenced by shadow weaver. She was the only one who was a parental figure to her. So it's kind of no wonder she treats Scorpia like that. That's how she got treated so Catra believes that's how everyone should be treated. Scorpia deserves some who loves her but sadly we can tell Catra doesn't love her. Even though we can see that at times she blushes, this doesn't mean anything.

Unpopular opinion: scorpia should’ve respected her boundaries and listened when she said she didn’t want to be touched or be so intense. She wanted to be her friend so badly but FROM THE BEGINNING she rejected her. I would’ve cut her off if that was someone I knew. Like if I tell someone to back off and not touch me and stop being so overbearing and they don’t stop that behavior I would probably lash out just as badly. Idk maybe it’s because I have BPD but scorpia isn’t a complete Angel

I don’t disagree. It’s part of what makes the show so good, the characters feel real. In her desperation to be liked, she goes way too far and pushes boundaries and it makes others uncomfortable. But then she feels bad about them not liking her so she tries harder, it’s a cycle. I also love Catra for all her faults, I think complex characters make a fantastic show.

catra didn't have a support system, catra had adora. but adora didn't realise how much of a difference she impacted on catra's life, that's why her leaving the horde wasn't that big of a deal to adora as much as it was to catra. catra got her heart broken once and she refused to do it again, thats why she was rude to scorpia, she couldn't let herslef get attached and yet she did. they both deserved more.

Completely agree. And Adora didn’t need as much of a support system because she was loved and protected as a child. Catra had the trauma of not being wanted by shadow weaver - the closest thing she had to a mother. Adora is okay in herself (although that changed with trauma through the series) and capable of setting off alone but Catra needed roots and needed to be loved. When Adora left, Catra lost that.

I don't think that there relationship was fully toxic because deep inside catra did care about her which is why she was so upset when she left. And they did have there good moments especially in Crimson Waste and you could see catra happier than she had ever been. But I do think Scorpio did the right thing getting out of the situation because even though catra was hurting she was quite cruel to Scorpio
