imo, most folks, here in the USA & around the world, are effectively brainwashed into limiting their life options. At least, that's what I've gleaned from more than 3 decades as a cultural anthropologist... Not just so many religious institutions&"leaders," but the prevailing global capitalist & "educational" systems, along with so many cultural "traditions" that are anything but! And it's so challenging to question what we've been told over&over. Thank the gods that you 2 (who is your friend, Rere?) are leaving the well traveled (and incredibly noisy!) road, and are meandering on paths less traveled thru nature&self-nurture.

Once you’re in tune with yourself, you naturally become more aware of your surroundings and sensitive to the energy around you. This awareness allows you to consciously choose what kind of energy and people you want in your space, protecting your own energy. It’s all about making intentional decisions to maintain a positive environment that aligns with your growth.

@@reredemarae 100% because those were not aligned with most of the time theyre not even aware that theyre draining you its just theyve not activated yet so we have to have empathy for them and try and guide those who are willing to learn but at an arms length when needed as were all fragmentations of one having our own learning experiences to bring back to source like you said in your previous video anyway i appreciate your wisdom keep them coming

I feel like I’ve been in situations before where I’ve wanted to guide someone because I could sense that’s what they needed, and often, they come to me for that without even saying it. I’m a very open listener, but I’m also aware that the words I’m consuming can affect my vibration, so I have to be careful. That’s where setting a boundary comes in, and like you said, sometimes it’s necessary to guide from a distance. It’s all about finding that balance between being empathetic and protecting my own energy. You’re tapped in, I like you.
