I haven’t talked to any native speaker before. But once when I spoke a English word wrong, my friends ( who are absolutely not native speakers ) laughed at me. Then I afraid to speak English to others, just speak to myself. It didn’t seem to work for me. My speaking skills haven’t made any progress by now. This video really touched me. I will try to speak more with others. Thank you 😊

Man I love this video. I literally doubt myself every single day. Learning a foreign language can be overwhelming. I subconsciously compare myself to native speakers even tho I know that there’s no point in doing that. But I show up every single day, because I’m chasing a feeling. The feeling of accomplishment and pride. I ask myself, “What would I feel like if I were able to speak English freely and confidently?” No one expects me to achieve it. This is a huge source of motivation.

I've been learning so long but never spoke before coz I'm really afraid what if people laugh at me or what if I'm wrong 😑. However from now on I'm gonna give it a try. I'm really appreciate your help ☺️💜. fighting ✊🏻

I appriciate you. 😊 I am Japanese, not good at speaking English. So, I've been doing shadowing lately. When I started shadowing, I couldn't keep up with your speaking speed. 😂However, I could finally keep up with your speaking speed because of I've watched this video many time. And, I could completely understand the context in this movie. I got a lot of energy from you. I will continue to practice from now on. I will do my best.

That's why you're my favorite English teacher. And that's why 99% of English I learn from you. All your work is not about rules, grammar, and formulas only. It's like you're teaching with your soul. You truly care. Thank you, Venya! You're one of the reasons why I love English so much, why I think in English, and even talk to myself and my cat in English! I'm forever grateful that a few years ago I've found out about you and Linguatrip. You motivate, inspire, and influence more than words can tell! 🖤

Yep, I swear this wonderful video was like a podcast, and that's exactly what my English routine needs, something that makes me feel more motivated and not just learning and learning, but something that makes me take satisfaction in that journey, so thank you for sharing this video, that's much appreciated.

Thank you for this motivational video :-) Much appreciated. A friend of mine once said to me: "There's nothing to laugh if someone speaks badly, you don't know how much 'pain' they are feeling"
