@@Itssoph_DUH I am not an expert on creating KZbin videos, but I have some tips that can help her get more subs. 1. Reply to comments so that she is interacting with the community and maintaining their loyalty. By doing so, she would encourage her audience as well as any newcomers to join her channel. 2. Similar to #1, focus on the community rather than just her [target] audience. Engaging and interacting with the viewers is imperative in order for them to keep coming back. Authentic relationships will beget loyal communities. This can be done by first maintaining a strong opening (intro) that grabs the viewer's attention as well as a strong closing (outro) besides a CTA that keeps the viewer's company. 3. Maintain both a consistent intro and outro. Consistency is key, for it can help develop authenticity. [For instance, I watched some of her videos, and noticed that her lasting phrases were inconsistent, which failed to provide a memorable ending. Some videos she would say "I love you guys", whereas in others she does not maintain that same lasting phrase, or anything related.
