yup, the move is called population. it hits the target 10 times in a row

yes but no. so what happens is it hits between 4 to 10 times. EACH SINGLE STRIKE has to go through an accuracy check. since it's 90% accurate, each attack has a 10% chance to miss ending the turn. this can be the only pokemon in your party and it will still do 4-10 attacks. the kicker is, a single item will allow all 10 attack to hit based off one check. so lock-on/miracle eye + population bomb = you ain't seeing the light of fucking day my guy.
