The Wendigo was a creature/evil spirit from Algonquin folklore, the stories say that should a person resort to cannibalism (or are greedy) that they would become a Wendigo, and forever cursed to always crave human flesh and never be full, in Fallout 76 it’s implied that a person can become a Wendigo the same way, and also via radiation (it’s not made clear whether or not it’s one or the other or both)

I found a tactical nuke weapon it needs Nuke Pack 4 or no explosion i just searched tactical nuke and set the type to weapons and i saw phantomXEN's tactical nukes
