Actually, The game automatically clears the necessary tags in the mission so you would have to respray it again which is kind of a bomber if you did the tags early on before the mission like I did. And by the way, If You Want Spray Paint Before The Mission Go In The Alley Where CJ and Ryder's House is and climb the big wall on CJ's house then climb unto the roof of the store near Carl's House and You Should See Some Spray Paint.

The game doesn't intend for us to spray the tags on this early point in the game. The game itself will tell us to spray tags to get rewards and gang respect after this mission. The same happens in the mission atend of the game 'Grove 4 Life'

So I accidentally died at the last part of the mission and failed it. Basically any tag you hit for this mission will be untagged once you redo the mission. Any nonmission tag you hit during the mission will still be tagged. You can actually get all of the tags during the mission which is a good idea because you have unlimited spray during it.
