Certainly! I'll summarize and outline the key points from the KZbin video "If You Wake Up Between 3AM AND 5AM... DO THESE 3 THINGS! - Joe Dispenza Motivation" based on the provided summary. Summary: Joe Dispenza discusses the unique opportunity presented by waking up between 3 AM and 5 AM, a time when the brain is more receptive to suggestions and connected to the subconscious. He proposes three main activities to take advantage of this period for personal growth and transformation: meditation, movement, and learning. By consistently practicing these habits, individuals can potentially influence their quantum field, attract positive experiences, and change their reality. Outline: I. Introduction A. Importance of waking up between 3 AM and 5 AM B. Brain's receptiveness during this time II. Three Key Activities A. Meditation 1. Sit comfortably 2. Focus on the heart 3. Visualize desired future in detail B. Movement 1. Engage in gentle, mindful movements a. Yoga b. Tai Chi c. Stretching 2. Benefits a. Get energy flowing b. Wake up the central nervous system c. Release endorphins d. Anchor in the present moment C. Learning 1. Learn something new 2. Engage actively with information 3. Make connections to existing knowledge 4. Apply new knowledge to personal goals III. Additional Practices A. Teaching (to an imaginary student) B. Gratitude and positive affirmations C. Visualizing and embodying intentions IV. Benefits of Consistent Practice A. Creation of new neural pathways B. Improved physical health C. Increased optimism and resilience D. Enhanced creativity E. Potential development of "supernatural abilities" V. Advice for Implementation A. Start with a week-long commitment B. Find a time that works if 3-5 AM is not possible C. Expect and overcome initial challenges D. Stay committed despite potential resistance from others VI. Conclusion A. View early wake-ups as opportunities for growth B. Focus on positive mood and interactions C. Embrace the power to shape personal reality This outline covers the main points of Joe Dispenza's advice for making the most of early morning wake-ups between 3 AM and 5 AM, emphasizing meditation, movement, and learning as key activities for personal transformation.

Do this, do that, say this, say that. The nonsense never ends. People Manifesting works all you have to do is. Select what you desire, project it in your mind, expect it by letting what you desire go, the secret is to totally forget about it,last thing is collect. It will come to you just don’t think about it anymore. You don’t need to know when it’s coming or how it will arrive. God deals with that part. Just have faith and believe it’s yours. Thanks This is excellent advice. Some comments: - I try to go to bed at around 10pm, so I will have enough sleep, even though I am awake between 3 & 5. - Sometimes I stay awake until I will get up at around 7am. This happens when I write articles that are so interesting for me, that I just continue with the flow - The evolutionary reason behind these “early bird activities” may have been: a) to have sex (more offspring and bonding with your female(s) b) preparing your tools for hunting & fighting c) mentally preparing for your daily tasks, putting yourself mentally in the situation and living being that you will meet during your tasks - this advice is for the strong people, i.e. mainly for men. It applies to women who need or want to play an active (male) role. It doesn’t apply to men who are weak and passive. - while I am interested in quantum mechanics and quantum physics, the quantum effects are cancelled out by the fact (?) that about 40 or more orders of magnitude lie between a single quantum particle and the human reality. - In fact, I am writing this comment at 5am…

Carpe Diem (just starting a bit earlier) 🙂 1 - visualize your goals (song = I can see clearly now the rain is gone); 2 - move your bod (Robby Williams - Rock DJ - time to move your body!); 3 - new stuff (Interesting things you did not know, history, science, world news(and then the news of the common man actually living in that world, opposed to the headlines sold) to the market), music theory just for the heck of it..(song New Start Fever by You Me at Six). this may be an unfair taking of joe dispenza s platform but i support the practice at 3 am if you wake up then for programming our brain because that’s the time Theta waves associated with implicit learning, 2:16 information processing, and making memories are present. dr. bruce lipton says during the day in beta wave activity most of our thoughts come from subconscious thats usually negative programming handed down to us
@joannahathcock7243Ай бұрын
I listened all the way through anyway because I definitely need motivation to use these wee hours of unintended waking more constructively. The problem is that starting my day from here and being chronically sleep deprived feels unsustainable. Further, if I unintentionally wake up (as has been happening woefully often), I find I’m almost instantly in beta mode with racing thoughts. If I wasn’t wrestling with whatever this nighttime brainwave pattern is, I’d still be asleep-getting the restoration my brain and body need to overcome this chronic dysregulation. Feels like a catch-22 and it’s frustrating. AND, I’ve tried over and over to figure out the specifics of what I want to experience in my life. I know HOW I want to feel, but I struggle to get clear on the circumstances/environment/creations that most light me up to visualize. I can’t mentally rehearse what I can’t imagine (which itself is a “playing small and safe” tactic, I’m aware. Sigh.)

I agree waking up during these early morning hours is more than coincidence. I have learned, for me, it is more a divine invitation to practice Hebrews 4:16. God of all creation is inviting me into His presence to find grace for life, wisdom and revelation, and power to become His son. This has been life changing for me. Satisfying.

It's most probably an AI generated narration using Dr Joe's voice, it sounds glitchy and the speed also seems fake. Besides that the whole message makes total sense though. I've been waking up at around 3-4 am for the past weeks, wasting time basically. I'll give it a try

Same! Liked the content, tried to not be too distracted by the AI feel… Max Headroom vibes, anyone? :)

Great message, but I’m really put off by the AI narration. Am I just old fashioned that I want (and most likely need) the natural cadence with pauses between phrases that come from real humans in their thought processes and expressions? The last syllables are even getting cut off as the next set of unnaturally inflected sentence charge in. I feel like I’m being mentally run over on a racetrack!

Yes it sounds somewhat like Joe Dispenza but not perfect if you know the real voice!

Three things I do if I wake up between 3&5am: 1. Pee 2. Smoke a cigarette 3. Make sure coffee maker is set to turn on soon

Ask your viewers whether this kind of illustrations contributes or bothers. Face expressions, eye-contact, people speaking to us even over video transmits and is more pleasant, specially seeing somebody who has already become familiar to us and whom we trust. Illustrations that have nothing to do with the subject, bother.

What I do is close my eyes and repeat this mantra; "What the heck am I doing awake when I really need to sleep?" If you concentrate on it a little bit, I swear you will manifest it immediately! Especially if you take two or three melatonin pills.

How many hours after falling asleep is 3 to 5 AM? It depends on when you turned in and fell asleep.
