@@riddik4546 it’s ok if you run like that you just got to strike down the ground straight like up and down accelerating is where all sprinters use most of energy but if you want to improve your stamina or speed endurance whatever work on your form and sprint peaceful

@@mouldygrub33 no it won’t you start small by stretching your calf quads hamstrings and glutes you then do small exercises like lleg bends and straightens wall squat holds starting high and more just search knee strengthening exercises and do the ones that aren’t painful that’s how I cured mines and I sprint and jump normally
