I didn't know where I was going to stay, how I was going to eat or anything. I got here and he lead me to a place where everything I needed was there.

Naturally. 😌❤️❤️ I walked 6 days a week, 3-5 miles each day. Didn’t eat after 8pm for the first 4 months. I love 50lbs the first 4 months. Then started fasting 20 hours a day, 4 days a week and lost another 70lbs in 6 months. 🥰🥰

Hey sis I am 60 years old yesterday and have not fit in size 6 dresses for over 30 years and last Sunday I was able to fit in size 6 dress 7 months ago I changed my life style and got on Keto/ carnivore life style and it has been amazing 🤩 lots so much weight but what I LOVE is the wonderful healthy clean feeling and amazing energy I feel %95 of the time and I love that I can sleep so good, I hope you check it out you will love it!
