Someone explain this to me... recently this girl & I started seeing each other more than just friends, we don't really talk like friends do which is pretty obvious at times..if you see us walking together you'd likely think we're a couple but that's not the case, we first started talking over Snapchat up until I sent her a video of her competing, said thanks etc..but she then sent me her # saying send it to that instead, which was kinda smooth...at times she makes it seems some what obvious she's interested & so have I, I've even put my jacket around her one time when she said she was cold which I thought was pretty cute...over the past few days I've noticed how she's getting closer to me/more comfortable which is hella attractive cause before it wasn't like that... some of you are probably like it sounds like some sort of love story slowly forming so what's the problem have you asked her out/be your girlfriend, how many dates you guys been on etc...but the truth is, we're both athletes & don't generally have time to hangout, she's currently doing sailing while I'm getting in shape for soccer of the two shes busier.. which I completely understand BUT I've at least asked her to hangout/chill like two times already, to try & built/spend some personal time together we literally see each other once a week two when lucky..we even joke about how rare we see each other throughout the weeks..the first time she literally had to leave the next morning to compete in another state until next week which is how her sechule normally goes during the weekends..2nd time I was like alright she'll probably have some time later today but nope.. she ended up telling me she'd have class until 8:30 then laundry & going to bed early cause she had a class the next day at 8am... once again the timing couldn't have been any perfect, BUT what I don't understand is why hasn't she suggested anything like it's obvious I've wanted to hangout with you multiple times already so why not suggest something instead.. literally the logical option cause at this point it just makes me seem needy & some what disprit it's been almost a week since I texted her.. I'll likely see her tomorrow any suggestions would be great or do I just ignore her & forget about everything

you need to find out if she's the type who is emotional or logical because the approach will be too different. There are women, who unless you tell them so romantically will never catch on your clues no matter how obvious you make it to be. (example is my sister). if she's a logical person (you need to explain her things before she actually gets it) then, be straightforward of your intention and then you give her space to think of her response (clearly state you will wait for her response). if she's the emotional type, she would've picked up your signs and clues already and is probably just waiting for you to give it a label and tell her where she stands with you.
