Part F open 1. People have a tendency to sit in front of the television for long hours continuously. Do you think this affects Health? if yes, in what way? Excessive TV watching is associated with a higher risk of developing mental problems such as dementia, or depression. Additionally, watching TV over time may affect health in various ways, including decreased physical activity, sleep problems, fatigue, obesity, heart issues, and social isolation. It’s essential to balance screen time and prioritize other activities like spending time outdoors for overall well-being 2. Describe an event or celebration that has special meaning to your family. Please describe the event in detail. For my family, decorating our house for Christmas is a tradition. We prepare for this by setting up the Christmas tree. It is a central part of the custom. We decorate our tree with lights and ornaments. It creates a festive atmosphere in our home. Also, we love decorating our house with colorful lights. On top of that, we decorate the front yard with Christmas figures such as snowmen, reindeer, and Santa Claus. We love this tradition because it makes us spent more time together. 3. Do you think that it is easier to learn new subjects by yourself or is it better to have a teacher help you with a new subject? please explain. Both self-learning and having a teacher are valuable for acquiring new knowledge. Self-learning offers flexibility and autonomy, while teachers provide structure, expertise, and social interaction. For instance, self-learning can be particularly effective for subjects that require a high degree of personal exploration and creativity, such as writing, or art. On the other hand, having a teacher is invaluable for subjects that benefit from guided practice and immediate feedback, like languages, science experiments, or musical instruments. The ideal approach involves balancing both methods based on individual preferences and the subject matter.
