Distraction is something I can't avoid. At day their is a lot of noise and everyone wants me to do something. Whenever I hold a book everyone will come and interrupt me. I have tried studying after midnight that was really great it really helped me, but I can't have enough sleep in the morning because there's is lack of rooms in my parents house and I sleep in the salon. And all my family members are morning people they make a lot of noise and i can't sleep well. And that leave me exhausted for the rest of the day. Am so sick of this cycle
