Very true.. i have started Web Design in 2004 with Tables and Dreamviewer.. later spent most of my time as web master for a News portal.. now i am 41.. looking for a job as Web Designer but the requirements they are putting in job portals are crazy and the Salary they are offering is disgusting.. some companies even trying to exploit needy people as "Interrn" but the requirements they ask is like 5+ years 😂.. Though i work with Html5, css3, bootstrap, photoshop, wordpress, premier pro, bit of figma etc i am not daring to attempt interview because of the kind of description they put.. 😢
