I think his claims of the guy being a drunk are nothing but a cover for his own bad behavior. Regardless he should not have a license if he loses his temper that much over a minor accident. If you can't deal with the fact that riding is dangerous, don't get on two wheels.

It's obvious that last guy has no licence by his decision to park in an intersection when pulled over. I'm pretty sure it's common practice in most places to pull over somewhere safe, not just right in a set of lights. But he was planning to do stuff, so sure, why not endanger people with your impatience and self entitlement. If only he was afraid of the dire consequences of riding a motorcycle unlicensed and uninsured, as he is of scary weapons 🙄

4:18 okay first we only have his word that that other driver was drunk, and I suspect that might be a cover for his own outrageous behavior so lets take that out of the equation as jut conjecture and focus on the facts we can see. I see that while the driver was clearly not paying attention, this biker could have avoided the accident as well if he had any real skill. For a minor accident he went absolutely out of his mind. It was completely uncalled for and in this country that rider would be facing charges for assault and malicious destruction of property. What a fool. Man some of these fines are ridiculous. Driving nearly 130 in a 70 zone and just paying 60€? Should be at least some type of license suspension and a heavier fine. Also no license, registration and insurance and just a small fine of 70 bucks? No way... I feel like something like this should make one deemed incapable of participating in traffic. Make sure he can't get a license for at least several years plus a hefty fine and the vehicle gets impounded.

The second guy pisses me off. The dude in the car immediately apologized and saw the mistake. Also, the biker had plenty of time to break. The car is still responsible for the crash, but it’s always better to stick back and avoid a crash than to insist on your right of way and get into a crash. Even when you do end up in a crash, you should always try to stay calm and defuse the situation instead of making it more stressful for everyone involved by throwing a fit. Mistakes happen and I get that he’s mad because the guy was drunk but his reaction was uncalled for and inappropriate.
