I think I'm going wait on this one. It's a cute premise but you're right I connected more with Lover Pretend from what I've seen and I haven't gotten that yet. It's nice to see older characters and relatable life stuff but also it's like do I want to do office life in my games where I escape from my own office life? Also your collection Lin omg 😍

I love me some kdrama drama and steam so I'll definitely get this game eventually. Thanks for putting so much efforts into your videos 😭😭💗💗 As for the review I agree with you wholeheartedly -although I only finished 2 routes- I still can agree with all the points you mentioned especially the "steamy scenes" I honestly bought the game 50% for the hot content and 50% for the VAs, as for the VAs I wasn’t disappointed at all but for the strong selling point of the game (adult romance) I was very disappointed 😭 because as you said the romantic tension is lost and I couldn’t be invested while in other less romantic games if the LI just smiled to the MC I’d be squealing so hard! 😂 after Sympathy kiss I really understood that a steamy romance doesn’t mean a good romance or a romance I’d fangirl about, It’s kinda all about the connection you feel with the characters And maybe someone with argue about the game being only a slice of life so the connection would be hard to build and while I agree but they could have kept it without the very badly written drama/trauma in some routes 😅 I think the game would be much better if they focused on the romcom aspect and didn’t touch the drama at all. As for the art I LIKE IT SO MUCH!! 😭💗 and the OST goes amazing with the whole atmosphere of the game but I agree with you on the (dramatic music) being way more dramatic lol 😭 I also can’t wait to play Shuuya and fall of my couch too!!! 😍❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 Thank you again for the amazing review and video Lin! 💗💗 I was so excited for Sympathy kiss and although I expected it to be mediocre I was happy to know you got it and played it and finally reviewed it 🥹💗💗 Looking forward to your next videos!! For a game that was advertised as that steamy and was kind of a let down, especially as all the rest was kind of mediocre Such a good point! For me it's the same, I need romance, and steam without romance is useless for me Oh, as a romcom it could have been so much more charming, I agree! You can totally build a good relationship in a slice of life game, just have to do it right, like Lover Pretend or VariBarri Oh yes, the art is extremely beautiful, even more than in Lover Pretend Yeah that dramatic music, when the "trauma" was tackled 🤣 like a melodramatic TV show Hope you'll enjoy Shuuya in the end! 🔥 He really got me screaming You're more than welcome, Ra! I was initially excited for this game to be localized next year, but after seeing your review and learning that the CGs won't allow you to see the intimate moments that you spend hours of your time working towards has left me feeling disappointed. I need my MC to have lip to lip contact with the LI and I won't accept anything less. I'll probably wait until the game goes on sale instead of pre-ordering it.

They manage to draw most CGs pretty well! I can check whether there is lip to lip contact 😆 Yes, there are CGs with lip contact, you just don't see her eyes, because of her bangs or the perspective

I had low expectations and finally finished it and it was fine but def not as steamy as I was promised lol. like secret route 2 doesn't even get any scenes I was so sad. I was also most excited for the bartender guy but hated all his endings lol. My favorite is definitely the boss one Koji (?) lol can't remember character names to save my life but he was great and I need his VA to voice more main characters.
