I have recently purchased Neptune VX. However noted few observations. For my first wash I chose super 50. However on completion of programme , there was lot of froth over the utensils, especially at d base of machine. IFB technician told to do pre rinse but to no avail. During my second set of washing again same problem being faced. Utensils are not even completely dry. Another observation is that whenever programme is over the detergent cover is found in open state. Technician said this is norma and suppose to happen this way only. Third and last although all programme are working fine but I find little mis alignment of cover. Kindly clear d doubts.

Reduce detergent and Rinse Aid settings, it will bring you good results. For shorter cycles, use detergent, not the tablet. Tablet does not get consumed in shorter cycles, leaving milky stains and froth. For best results, use longer cycles. Try these suggestions. if still you face problem, let me know.

Exactly same experience with Bosch dishwasher. Rather worse. Wash a tea pan and everything is ruined. Very bad filtration. Bosch is the worst dishwasher in India.

But yesterday technician came for demo and as our water is very hard so he fitted water softener and add salt and rinse aid. But yesterday wash utensils are not cleaned properly and white residue us there in almost all utensils. Can u pla let me know what to do in thai case

No dishwasher requires Water Softener as every dishwasher has inbuilt water softener. The compartment, where you fill the salt is the water softener. Better buy a TDS meter from Amazon. It costs only Rs. 200/- Test your TDS, it should not be more than 500. TDS till 890 is treatable by the inbuilt water softener of dishwasher. If you can tell me the duration of the cycle, I can advise you as to how to get rid of white residue.

@@AtulKumar-sw6fc our tds is 900 I guess n technician installed water softener and set setting of salt at 4 and rinse aid at 3.i generally select daily wash which takes around 1 hour 20 minutes. M using ifb detergent.

@@amrutashirod496 JI, How did you learn that the TDS level is 900. The government has prescribed that the TDS should not exceed 500. If the water hardness has not been properly tested, excess salt also poses problems. As you have been burdened unnecessarily with a water softener, a salt setting of 4 is very high. Your 1.20 minute cycle means that you are using a medium cycle, which is an excellent cycle. You may kindly use same cycle with salt setting at 1 or 2. Place 6 or 8 grams of detergent (or half tablet) in the detergent compartment. I believe you should have an excellent wash cycle. As said earlier, water softener is an unnecessarily burden. Anyways, it will cut down your expenditure on salt. Kindly revert back with results.

@@amrutashirod496 Normally 2 setting should do. Rinse aid is basically used for fast removal of water from the utensils. It also gives shine to your utensils. If needed, it can be raised to 3.

Hey that’s a very good question if you place dirty dishes in the dishwasher your drain system will block very soon it’s better to take out all the dirt under the water and then place it inside the dishwasher. Washing machine is completely different because we have dry cloth and doesn’t have any particles which is going to stick in the drain. I hope you got my point👍🏻💝

That is for cutlery only and don’t put anything heavy or large in size, as the water comes from the bottom and it should have some space to wash.👍🏻

I have the same dishwasher , have been using since 6 months now You have to rinse the dishes before keeping them in the dishwasher , and take out any residue or food particles from the utensils No need to use soap , just a quick rinse with water. Otherwise if you just keep them directly after using , they remain dirty . This is what I experienced at the start. Overall it's a good machine. But i would've been happier if i didn't have to rinse .. double the job n more water wastage.

For smaller programs, which run for about one hour, do not use tablet. Little detergent of half tablet is enough. More detergent or tablet do not get properly dissolved in short programs. Using cycles with High temperature is also good for dissolving detergent.
