I have the same problem. The whole drainage pipe didn't go in the drain... The technician left the pipe like a giant wheel (full loop in the air before it went into the drain). After the machine flooded my house, I noticed the problem. I cut the pipe so that it doesn't loop into the air, but goes straight down into the drain. Still no difference. Trying to figure it out myself. When I called the technician after it flooded my house, he's blaming the drainage 🤦‍♂️😪 I'll let you know when I've solved the problem.

Fraud IFB Customer service by authorised franchise. The after sales service of IFB is given to franchise who will dupe the customer by asking replace multiple parts even if machine is quite new. It's my personal experience. They trick the customer by showing that machine is not working especially if the customer does not understand indepth technical functioning. IFB washing machine is good if it's kept safely indoors & used properly. IFB after service technician will make a huge hole in your pocket. For a repair costing within ₹1000, they will tear a bill of ₹6000 or more by duping customer making replacement of working parts as well. IFB machine inside parts are available only through authorised franchise, who will remove price & sell the parts for three times the actual price. I'll mannered & rude IFB authorised technicians, if you ask about actual prices of IFB spares/parts. PITY such a good brand is getting black mark due to cheat after sales service technicians.
