Hi my elena dx drum is not rotating rest all functional what cn be the issue. Ifb service engineers say they do not have spares

Question is not clear see description for more details if spin and drain working fine then problem with sensor only some times sensor air flow pipe closed with mud, rust and rust clean it once if switch is good
