Sixteen Dolphins by my count. Beautiful country. And I appreciate that your guide acknowledges and employs the skills of the Traditional Owners and Custodians of this awesome place we call Australia. That's respect. Dart? Good food, mate. Really nice meat. Suggestion. If you ever go fresh water. Find a clear river and find a good size Eel-tail Catfish. Skin it and cook it and I reckon you'll think it's the sweetest tasting fish meat you've ever had. MUST be a clear water creek though.
