10:15 you are correct Paul, its a largemouth. The red bar next to the eye and the fin structure near the tail is a giveaway. Its got a gap between the Dorsal fin and the tail which forms a "Saddle", hence the common term for the Large mouth as a "Saddle Tail" Snapper.

Watching your videos as a kid.... I used to get so excited at the thought of catching fish that you do. Hearing that theme song. Seeing those fish. It was to be one of my biggest dreams.
